1. Eligibility

• Open to all singers, solo performers only.

• Participants must submit an original video recording of their performance.

• No pitch or tempo alterations are allowed. 

2. Video Submission Guidelines

• Performance duration: 2 minutes. 

• The video must be recorded in a single take with no cuts, autotune, or heavy post-production edits.

• No karaoke for the Qualifier round.

• Shruthi box or an app for Shruthi can be used.  ( Not mandatory)

• Ensure good audio and video quality.

• No lip-syncing or pre-recorded vocals are allowed.

• Video formats : MP4 and MKV.

• All videos will be screened and any digital tampering will lead to disqualification.

• Details on how to upload the video, and the last date for video submission will be shared via email once registration is complete.

  3. How to upload the video

  Upload the video to YOUR Google Drive under a folder named Star Singer.

  Make sure the shared access is "Anyone with the link".

  Please copy the link and send it via email to showkalisllc@gmail.com.

  The subject of the email should have the full name of the participant and the order number from the confirmation email.

4. Song Selection

• Any genre is allowed- Freestyle-Qualifiers only.

• Tamil Movie Songs only.
